Italian-born Ambassador Paolo Zampolli of Dominica to the United Nations celebrated his 48th birthday in his East 17th Street townhouse. Among his good friends who attended were Kimberly Guilfoyle, Dave Zinczenko, Rita Cosby and Giuseppe Cipriani who were all serenaded by Mary Millben, who sang the national anthem.
